Detonating
fuse is flexible fuse contining a uniform coreload of PETN.
PETN is encasedin various protective coverings, followed by
an outer PVC coating. The PVC coating makes the fuse water
resistant and withstands all external abuses. The detonating
fuse is sensisitve to friction, shock or impaction. It has
high tensile strength which make it compatible for catridges
of higher weights for open cast blasting.
The detonating
fuse is available in 6.0 grams/meter and 10 grams/meter varieties.

Detonating
fuse is a flexible cord containing a uniform core load of
PETN, that ensures positive initiation of cap-sensitive
explosives along the entire length of the fuse. This high
explosive core is protectedto with-stand physical abuses
and exposure to extreme temperatures. Detonating fuse is
relatively insensitive to detonation by friction, shock
or electric discharge and requires a proper initiation for
detonation.
