SGAE is engaged in the manufacture and supply of various types of
detonators required for mining industry. The technology for manufacture
of detonators is indigeneous.

of 100 million detonators per annum.

and enforces stringent controls on the quanlity of input raw materials,
in-process products and final products for various mining applications.
The company also entered into the field
of drilling and blasting of rock and is currently engaged in drilling
and blasting activities at Singareni Colleries Manugure area.
