Short Delay Detonators have delay numbers ranging from zero to ten (0 - 10) with a nominal time interval of 25 milliseconds between successive delay numbers from 1 - 6, 50 milliseconds for 7 - 8, 75 milliseconds for 9 - 10. Delay numbers 0 - 10 are identified with number tag on the leg wire. Fuse Heads are fitted to the shells. Precise consistency of the unique design of the Fuse Head is maintained by a fully automated process and strict quality control.:
